Nila - Official Malayalam Editor by Government of Kerala Nila Official Software was developed by the Computational Linguistic Team(CLT) of Center For Development Of Imaging Technology(C-Dit) for the Official Language Department, Government of Kerala . Nila software can be considered as the first significant step towards the integration of rapidly developing Information Technology and Malayalam Language Technology.
Nila the first software of its kind,developed for Malayalam language using Unicode standards , also provides support for Microsoft Word Document.
